Guten Tag aus Deutschland
While stationed at Spangdahlem AFB, Germany, (10 miles east of Trier) I realized that it was time for me to look for a new car. The Plymouth Duster that I brought with me just wasn’t cutting those narrow roads to the Gasthaus. I traded my Duster for this wierd-looking red- yellow- striped fiesta, and paid an extra $200 on top of it to get this small charm. This car really stood out in a crowd, and I never lost it in a parking lot….ever!
I drove this car everywhere! France, Luxemburg, Frankfort, Italy and upper Hamburg. Even spent the night in the car when we went to the world famous Oktoberfest in Munich!
