Coop’s Convertible
I am a Fiesta owner since 1989 when I got my first one. I have had seven Fiestas in all, some for parts, five for the road. My only complaint is that people keep hitting them when I get them close to where I want them. They are great little cars that can be readied to eat all Volkswagons anytime. The convertible has a race-prepped engine lacking only dual carbs or fuel-injection and a turbo charger/intercooler system. It will stay with most 5.0 Mustangs to about 95 mph. I am currently looking for another to buy with a clean, rustfree/dentfree body (isn’t everyone). I would also appreciate any information anyone has on turbo-charging a Fiesta. Or just a name of somebody who could help me. Will send more pictures of my past Fiestas as I can dig them out.
