Chad’s Fiesta
I’ve had my eye on this car now for a couple years. I was not sure why but I wanted it. I never thought it would be cool to own a 1979 Ford Fiesta Ghia. I first saw it in a field behind my uncles house. It had wheels that were pretty nice but the paint looked nasty. It wasnt till I opend the hood that I realized that this car is pretty cool. To my suprize I found that the car had
duel Solex side draft carbs full electronic Mallory ignition and a after market big valve steel head. I had forgot about the car for a couple years until this last Christmas when I got a card from my aunt and uncle. I opened the card expecting maybe 20 bucks or the usual “Merry Christmas” greeting, but instead was a key with the ford emblum in it. It was a week later when I
brought the car home. I began the long cleaning process. While cleaning out the trunk I found receipts adding up to 3400 dollars. All after market suspention. Where talkin Koni this and Bilstien that. I was amazed with all the extra’s. So thats it,I’m now the first guy on my street with a hot rod Fiesta. (My friends still think I’m nuts, but I think it’s pretty cool).
