Barry’s Fiestas

Barry's Ford Fiesta

Hi. My name is Barry Smith. Over the past 12 years there have been 5 Fiestas in our family. Each of my four children (ages now 21-29) have owned one of their own, and my wife and I also have been proud owners. But the end of an era is quickly approaching. The last of the Smith Fiestas is now for sale. Here are the stats. 1978 Ford Fiesta, white, runs excellent. Needs valve seals and rear shocks. There is some rust, but no big holes. There are many, many extras with this little gem: wiper motor; 4 wiper/washer bottles, 3 with electric pumps (cond. unknown, 1 without pump);6 brake rotors (cond. unknown); some used brake pads; 2 rear brake drums; 2 new brake caliper pistons; 3 alternators, (cond. unknown); 1 carb; 1 economizer diaphragm assembly for carb; 1 new idle solenoid; 3 radiator cooling fan assemblies; various electrical parts, including ignition switch and key; 1 heater core (cond. unknown); some lights, including marker, tail, park; radios, including 1 original am Fiesta with case; 4 new “o” ring seals for engine oil pump cover; 2 rear wheel grease seals; some interior clips and fasteners; 1 set valve seals; 2 window crank handles; 1 inside door handle; gauge/speedometer unit; 2 interior mirrors; 1 complete engine; one complete transmission; one bumper, and the list goes on. All extras, except the engine and transmission, are loaded in the back of the car. Car is drivable but handles poorly because of bad rear shocks.
